I would want to sell them on, even if for just a pound - as some of them could still work fine for off grid applications - and they might have a bit more use before becoming proper scrap. I bought 3kW of smashed panels that works great - possibly reduced to 2.5kW but for £100 I couldn't complain.

There is yes artisan electrics did a video about it. They export them to Africa where they are used there
that's not recycling, that's reusing. Given the state of them in a picture elsewhere on the post, that's sadly not feasible as they've been wrecked.

Think I read somewhere that they were setting up a facility for it in Sheffield.

Customer is in Kent and they look a bit broken from the photo's. Think this will be a growing issue and know the EA are concerned about it as they raised the subject at a recent conference.

As I'm sure you're aware, reuse comes before recycle in the sustainability chain. Can't we find a use for all of these? It's obviously not easy, but would seem the way forward.
I've seen the state of the ones in your photo and that's obviously not feasible in this case
