We are an Architectural Design and Surveying Practice based in Broughton, near Kettering, preparing building plans for clients in the local area.

We first opened for business in 1998, and have been serving Bicester, and now Kettering and the surrounding areas ever since.

We offer a full range of services, from the design stage right through the tender stage, project management, and through to handover to client ( take a look at 'process' on the left hand side for a clearer description of how things work). We can also provide either budget or accurate project costings. These are priced on a project by project basis and can be turned around within a week. If necessary, we can then amend the design to make sure it fits the budget.

We work closely with our associate Structural Engineers, Planning Consultants, CDM Co-ordinators and Ecologists, and of course have a good working relationship with all the local authority planning and building control departments.

We also offer Building Surveying, preparing a detailed Condition Schedule, with defects itemised and with accompanying photographs, allowing a re-active and proactive approach to be taken to long term building maintainence. From this, we can take all the work in hand, prepare tender documents and get rectification competitively priced and carried out efficiently with great peace of mind for the client.

Locally, we work with a trusted and select group of building contractors (we would trust them to work on our own property) who we know will produce a very high standard of work at a competitive price. We carry £500,000 Professional Indemnity Insurance to give clients peace of mind.
