We are a family run business from the sales and surveying to the actual installation of Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Porches, Bi-folds and all Roofline products (facia boards and soffits). What is covered by our guarantee?
uPVC windows, doors, french doors, composite doors, uPVC fascia boards, soffits and guttering all carry a 10 year guarantee. Wardley Hall Windows will provide you with a comprehensive guarantee with your invoice. Our work is also covered by the DGCOS Insurance backed guarantee scheme.
How much of a deposit is required once I have signed the Sales Order?
The typical deposit required is 10% of your Sales Order value. This will be discussed when you have your final survey.
Do you repair products from other companies?
Yes wherever possible however this would be chargeable.
What locks do we use insurance purposes?
All locks on doors and windows are manufactured to British Standards and exceed insurance purposes.
How do you clean uPVC and Aluminium Frames?
Regular cleaning is advised with warm soapy water and lint free cloth.
How do you clean Composite and Rockdoors?
Regular cleaning is advised with warm soapy water and lint free cloth.
How often to I need to oil my products?
We recommend every 6 months. Locking mechanisms and hinges and all metallic moving parts are guaranteed for 2 year's subject to regular maintenance by customer. Cosmetic deterioration to handles, letter plates and door handles etc. due to general wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee.
