BACKGROUND

The company was set up by David Halliwell who joined Liverpool City Architects in 1979 and qualified as a Architectural Technician in 1983 with Full Membership in 1992 .

During his experience in Private Practice Local Authority and House Building, he has gained a depth of knowledge by working on numerous Planning applications, Building Regulation submissions, producing working and detail drawings, and project management on site.

With this experience he has gained the knowledge and understanding needed to deliver excellent building practice and design
