Lukins Technical & Design was founded in 2011 by Lee Lukins. Lee has over 14 years of experience in the technical and delivery side of the construction industry and has been a successful employee of two well respected architectural firms in the South-West as well as working for a well-known national house builder.

At LT&D we offer architectural technician design services in all sectors with particular emphasis on residential. Our experience ranges from small domestic projects right through to music practise studios, dental surgeries, sport facilities and a cocktail bar.

We have successfully established ourselves in the South-West region as the stand-out consultancy for assistance in technical drawing packages and boasts a wide range of clients whom solely turn to us in delivery of the most challenging designs. The ability to create good detailed proposals is a fine art and one which we take pride in. All of our clients (large and small) have found us through recommendation and stay with us for the next project.

Some of our more established clients have instructed us on projects in Greater Manchester, Oxford, Fairford, and South Somerset as well as a vast amount of developments in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
