Impact Design is owned and run by Tony Brandon, a freelance architectural designer with over thirty five years experience in the construction business.

As a former quantity surveyor and construction cost planner I fully understand the importance of cost and value for money and strive to combine economic cost effective design solutions with aesthetically pleasing and sympathetic schemes.

Impact Design can offer a completely tailored service to suit your own individual circumstances and requirements, from initial survey to construction drawings.

We cater for the residential sector so projects include house extensions, conservatories, alterations, and loft conversions, barn conversions and individual new houses.

We have an excellent track record of successful projects with references from many satisfied clients being available if required.
