We are a local company based at Cadbury Garden Centre established 2006, formed Custom Conservatories Limited 2007. We continually provide service to our surrounding area in the Conservatory, Windows, Doors and all aspects of the building Industry.

Edwardian
Edwardian styled conservatories are fully double glazed with a BBA certified Classic roofing system. The roof is available with self cleaning glass or 35mm seven walled clear, opal or bronze tinted polycarbonate, or optionally specialist polycarbonate. Available either glass to ground or with a 675mm dwarf wall. All these features are standard in our range;
Two opening toplights with shoot-bolt locking and a night vent facility allowing the windows to be locked partially open to allow ventilation.
A set of French doors with a nine point locking Era high security lock, positioned to suit your requirements.
A roof fan with lights and a twin electrical socket (provided there is a suitable supply fairly close by).

The windows and doors are manufactured using white Duraflex 65mm Diamond Suite fully featured profiles, reinforced with hot dipped galvanised steel profiles, and glazed using 28mm toughened glass with internal beading for added security.
Matching interior cills, guttering and down-pipe.
Our standard base and dwarf walls consisting of concrete footings of 450mm width, with three courses of brick to lift the conservatory to 150mm above the lowest point of ground level, hardcore sub-base, damp proof membrane, 100mm floated concrete floor with wall ties. Dwarf walls will (subject to availability) be constructed of bricks to match the main house, or alternatively can be supplied in other materials or finishes.

Custom have extremely skilled team members that will take you through the whole process as painlessly as possible Custom will do as little or as much as you require within your project. We offer a wide range of planning services and building control compliance. We can explain to our customers the best possible method to achieve your desired result and stop you from falling into the various pitfalls along the way. Custom pride themselves on a customer focused approach with giving every customer a call at least once a week, referred to as a courtesy call. In certain circumstances, you are in the council planning queue or just waiting to complete on your property purchase we feel that we should talk to you at least once every week to allow you the customer to ask questions and feel part of the process throughout your project with us.

We at Custom are very different to our competitors as we publish prices for our products for you to take away, we operate an open-door policy and will never charge more for a product. Certain companies in the industry will operate on ‘’getting the most out of a customer as possible’’ method of sales. This will never happen at Custom and every show model on our site has a fully installed price on it. We also price up some 60 different sizes and models with we have here. We operate this not only for conservatories but windows and doors.
