In 2003, Managing Director John Goody, decided to open his own glass factory. This was simply because he had noticed that the service provided by outside unit manufacturers was not always as good as he would have liked. He concluded that opening his own glass shop would be the answer; enabling him to control the quality and service within the factory, producing a complete product.
