Floorspan Contracts manufacture, supply, install and deliver: beam and block flooring, hollowcore planks, precast stairs and EPS flooring (Thermafloor).

Floorspan Contracts have been a provider of beam and block since 1997, when we were founded by current MD Nick Dighton. Even then, in the very early days, the company was driven by a practical, fair-minded and can-do attitude that has since become the foundation of our business and of our reputation. ‘Beam and Block’ is still at our core, but we have grown to offer a range of products and services- putting the same skill, quality and care into each.

Our precast concrete production facility is based in Wisbech, Norfolk. Over the years we have grown steadily and now occupy a 5-acre plot and we are growing all the time. As such, we are equipped to deal with projects of all shapes and sizes and encourage our current and prospective customers to visit us and get a feel for how we work.
