BACKGROUND<\/p>\n

The company was set up by David Halliwell who joined Liverpool City Architects in 1979 and qualified as a Architectural Technician in 1983 with Full Membership in 1992 .<\/p>\n

During his experience in Private Practice Local Authority and House Building, he has gained a depth of knowledge by working on numerous Planning applications, Building Regulation submissions, producing working and detail drawings, and project management on site.<\/p>\n

With this experience he has\u00a0gained the knowledge and understanding needed to deliver excellent building practice and design<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
