We will also deal with structural calculations required as part of the Building regulations process and advice you on relevant permission and legislation required to reach construction stage.<\/p>\n<p>From initial concept and architectural design through to approval for Planning Permission and Building Regulations we manage the whole process advising you on all planning issues including whether or not your proposal meets Permitted Development requirements.
