Dan Clements is a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) with many years experience in the design and detailing of domestic and non-domestic properties. With a strong design background Dan has built a reputation for providing creative solutions to a variety of briefs. Dan also specialises in architectural technology with strong construction detailing skills that when married to his creative designs leads to strong designs and buildable architecture. Dan set up Aditus Architectural Services Ltd in 2015 to specialise in both private and commercial architecture. Offering a hassle free Architectural service for all our clients, from concept design to construction, the aim is to provide fantastic customer service and client satisfaction at affordable rates. We are a small practice with a big practice outlook and aim to surpass much larger practices in service and ability.<\/p>\n

As a STROMA certified 'on construction domestic energy assessor' Dan can also provide 'new build' SAP calculations and EPC certification. As a former CDM-c Dan can prepare pre tender Health and Safety plans and Health and Safety files. Dan is fully qualified to act as 'principal designer' under the new 2015 CDM regulations.<\/p>\n

John Reynolds is an experienced architect (RIBA) and has worked in a variety of sectors throughout the UK. Since joining in January 2017 John has been appointed a director of Aditus Architectural Services. Johns portfolio since joining Aditus includes a series of new build dwellings, both modern and traditional and he looks after some of our large commercial clients.
\nOutside of Architecture John is also a talented comic book artist and writer and plays voilin in several local groups.<\/p>\n
