We carry out all measured survey's personally and produce several design proposals for consideration by our clients. We take care of all the paperwork and applications with the council including meetings with the relative authorities where required. We can also recommend a good network of structural engineers to assist with any requirements the council have.<\/p>\n

We work quickly and efficiently to issue fee quotations and currently have a turn around of 3-4 weeks from the date of the measured survey if you decide to proceed.<\/p>\n

Due to the large backlog of applications Edinburgh Council currently have, a building warrant application is taking approximately 4 months from start to finish. The council are doing their best to get through the applications, however this time frame needs to be taken into consideration for each project.<\/p>\n
