i want to complain about me buying wood for a fence in my garden i gave the measurements to paul and he worked out the material i needed on getting the wood and putting the posts in i found out that there was a drop over the 17 metres of about 200mm and when i found out i contacted paul and asked if i could change it for longer spars but he was adamant that he wouldn't for whatever reason and now i am stuck without about 7 metres of spars. on checking with a neighbour who has hs own business he asked me why he never exchanged them it seems to be quite common to change them as ibt in grange mouth changes them along with others iasked ibt how much it would cost and they said about £93 which i am not going to pay the thing is i got the same a couple of years ago and i was very happy about it and mentioned your firm to several people but this time the very opposite would you exchange them?
